Mercado is a marketplace for socially responsible and eco-friendly products. It is an app which aims at connecting people who want to contribute with entrepreneurs who manufacture useful products. Connecting these participants, creating a community, and building the world we want.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Nowadays, with the advancement of electronic commerce, the transofrmation of our modes of consumtion and The recent and rising environmental and social awareness, the need to consume products which contribute to building a sustainable community is what arises.
Current e-commerce apps do not fully take into account these parameters and do not either offer a solution to the needs of entrepreneurs/producers in this field.
GOALS
An app that solves and speeds up marketing among entrepreneurs with certain social/environmental awareness (related to production with noble raw materials, craftsmanship, with ecological awareness and that contributes to a sustainable environment), in order to strengthen the regional economy and resolve the difficulties in marketing and sector positioning.
What did he find?
For consumers: a tool that brings together different sustainable products in one place and fulfils customers’ need to consume eco-friendly products
This app works as a tool for marketing, improving the dissemination and the development of entrepreneurs’ businesses.
